Being a moonshot company, we tend to lean towards ideas and projects that many people think are impossible. At Motus, the sky isn't the limit. We constantly try to go above and beyond the status quo for renewable energy. There is no cap on how far your ideas can go. Envision the impossible. As Albert Einstein once said, "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."

This is probably one of the most important values we have at Motus. We can't teach you to have passion—you just gotta' be passionate. There's no metric for us to measure this, which is why we look so closely for this in potential hires during our interviews. At Motus, we're passionate about disrupting the way renewable energy is harnessed, and you should be too.

Optimistic 😁

<aside> 😁 Life gets hard sometimes. Working on an idea that is only said to be viable in the next 10-20 years isn't always the most exciting. It's also filled with many roadblocks and stops along the way. Oftentimes, many of the ideas and projects we work on at Motus are being pioneered by our employees—which means that there's hardly any answers to the problems that we tackle. At Motus, we value optimism and positivity as we realize that we are on a mission for the future, not for the now.

Radiate Positivity

When working on hard problems where there's no answers—and you have to go find them yourself—some may find it discouraging and tiring. At Motus, we take pride in solving problems with a positive attitude. We see a future where places that undergo terrible natural disasters, can build-up their economy even faster—and put themselves in a better position than they were pre-enviornmental catastrophe. It can be depressing at times to see the states of some of the clients we work with, but at Motus we feel it's important to keep our eyes on the future, and that with our help, these countries will get back on their feet in no time!

Figure it Out

Like we touched on before, a lot of the things we work on at Motus don't have answers. You'll likely find that you'll be pushed to figure things out on your own. This is because we value your growth > the deliverables you give us. We want to push you so that you grow in your skill sets and abilities. At Motus, you'll likely find yourself in situations where you'll be asked to do things that you've never done before. We want to help you build your T.

Be a Unicorn

We need people who are ready to be changemakers and pioneers. We need people who will think 10x.
